PR-200

The product is used in water-based paint, adding water and emulsion at the beginning of dispersion, other components should be added to the dispersion machine, stirring at high speed under high shear for 10 to 20 minutes to achieve complete dispersion. It can also be made into 10% pre-gel, and then added to the system in the form of pre-gel, if the pre-gel is prepared at low shear, it should be left for 12 hours to prevent the occurrence of post-thickening. Dry mortar and putty can be directly mixed evenly.

PR-200 water-based bentonite is purified by special modified montmorillonite, the product mainly plays the role of water retention, bonding and lubrication,avoiding the crack and dehydration caused by too fast water loss, while enhancing the adhesion, reducing the phenomenon of flow hanging in the construction,so that the construction is relatively smooth, suitable for a wide range of PH (PH6-12),easy to use, direct dry powder added, No activation required.
