SR-T828

SR-T828 organobentonite thickening rheological agent can disperse and dissolve in organic solvent and resin system, and can make the system viscosity increase rapidly, and has thixotropy. In order to improve the dispersion and thickening performance of the product, the product is generally added by direct input of dry powder without polar activator, and the effect of adding polar activator is better (such as 95% ethanol, 95% ace-tone, etc.), especially solvent gasoline, naphtha, etc., the addition amount is 33% of SR-T828 respectively. The amount ofSR-T828 added is 0.2%~2.0% of the total system, which can be determined by customers through tests.
The general order of addition is:

②,SR-T828 (high-speed dispersion 5-10 minutes)
③, polar activator (ethanol or acetone containing 5% water),high-speed dispersion 15-20 minutes
④, additives (wetting agent, dispersant, defoamer, etc.)

SR-T828 is a special organic modified organic bentonite with easy dispersion, high thixotropy and good transparency. The product is suitable for low and medium polarity systems and can be dispersed by rapid shear, especially in benzene solvents. It has superior anti-vertical flow and anti-flowing performance, and has ideal thickening and thixotropic stability performance.
