Organo-bentonite thickening rheological agent
主要用途：
Paint, ink, sealant, grease, powder coating, hotstamping.
使用方法：
When the product is applied, the dry powder can be directly added to the mixed system of resin and solvent. The general method of use is: A, mixing system of resin and solvent B, organic bentonite powder(mixing for 10 minutes)C, polarity activator (disperse 5~10 minutes) D, other additives E, pigment filler
A: The required polar activators are: methanol/water(95/5), ethanol/water(95/5), acetone/water(95/5), and the amount of addition can be appropriately reduced with the increase of solvent polarity, usually 30to 50% of the amount of SR-81.
B: When a better dispersion fineness is required, the conventional preparation pre-gel method can be used, and the gel is added to the system for dispersion.
C: SR-8l in the system dry powder content is general.ly0.2~2.0%(weight ratio)
