Organic Bentonite Thickening Thixotropic Agent
主要用途：
Suitable for anti-corrosion paint, industrial paint, nitro paint, etc., such as polyester, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane and other systems.
使用方法：
The product is added after mixing the solvent and part of the resin into the container, dispersed at high speed for 5 minutes, and dispersed at high speed or by grinding. In order to maintain better results, the amount of highly polar solvents in the mixed solvent generally can not exceed 40% of the total solvent system, the general addition of paint is 0.5-2.5%, if conditions allow, the appropriate addition of activators will obtain better results.
It is recommended to select methanol/water(95/5), ethanol/water (95/5), acetone/water (95/5) as the activator, the amount of addition is generally 20% of the amount of SR-H27.

It has high gel efficiency, strong thickening ability, anti-settling ability and stable thixotropic performance. lt can be quickly shear dispersed in the mixed solvent of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons in medium and high polarity systems.
