When the product is applied to water-based paint, water and emulsion are added at the beginning of dispersion, other components should be added to the dispersion machine, stirred at high speed for 10 to 20 minutes at high shear to achieve complete dispersion, and then other dispersion items (base materials, pigments, etc.) are added in the conventional order. It can also be made into 3-5% pre-gel, and then added to the system in the form of pre-gel, if the pre-gel is prepared under low shear, it should be left for 12 hours to prevent the phenomenon of post-thickening, and it is recommended to add preservatives.

OC-EW water-based bentonite is highly purified special modified montmorillonite, the product has the following characteristics:
A： Thixotropic effect: high shear low viscosity, low shear high viscosity, strong thixotropy, can completely replace the traditional cel lulose ether thickener. The construction smoothness performance is obviously higher than that of cellulose ether products.

C： Weather resistance, excellent corrosion and mildew resistance, stable rheology when heated.
D: Both organic and inorganic pigments can fully display color, and it is not easy to flocculate and float color.
